You could spend months digesting their huge database of sports and nutrition information!

Exercise physiology Doc Stephen Seiler does a great job explaining the complex human engine in a very readable and entertaining style. The site has not been updated for quite some time, but still has timeless info on the exercise physiology basics! A section of articles are dedicated to the sport of cycling.
