Bacchetta Bicycles, Inc. warrants the steel, aluminum and titanium frames of the Bacchetta bicycles to be free from defect in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the bicycle. All aluminum forks are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the original owner for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase. All other original components and all Bacchetta parts, replacement parts, and accessories are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. 

ASSEMBLY REQUIRED: Bacchetta bicycles require full assembly by an Authorized Bacchetta Dealer at the time of purchase, without charge. 

60- DAY FREE LABOR REPAIR: If Bacchetta bicycle is found to be defective of workmanship, materials, or assembly within 60 days of purchase, it will be repaired without charge for materials and labor. Return your Bacchetta bicycle to the Authorized Bacchetta Dealer where it was purchased. 

BACCHETTA LIMITED REMEDY: The sole remedy under the above warranty or any implied warranty is limited to the replacement of defective parts with those of equal or greater value at Bacchetta's discretion, unless otherwise stated. Bacchetta would cover only repair labor provided during the 60-day free labor period. After the 60-day period, the buyer will be responsible for labor cost associated with warranty replacements/ repairs. 

Bacchetta in no event shall be responsible for incidental or consequential damages, whether based on warranty, contract, negligence, or product liability; or any other theory including, but not limited to, personal injury damages, property damage, or economic losses. May not apply in some states, please reference your state legislation. 

EXCLUSIONS: Bacchetta's warranty, or implied warranty, does not cover normal wear and tear. All warranties are void if the bicycle is used for other than normal activities, and the failure to follow owner's manual or using the bicycle for commercial or competitive events. This limitation or exclusion may not apply to you; please consult your state legislation for the allowance of exclusions or limitations of incidental or consequential damages. This warranty gives you specific rights, which may vary depending on the state in which you live.

WEIGHT LIMITS: Steel frames are limited to a total of 275 lbs, including rider and cargo. Titanium frames are limited to a total of 230 lbs, including rider and cargo.
